Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions  relating to sales policy that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use the Herbs Are Good online store. The below terms and conditions (“the conditions”) and the terms of use apply to your use of this Herbs Are Good online store and to any purchases you make through the Herbs Are Good store.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of use and these conditions, the latter shall prevail. These conditions and the terms of use apply between you and Herbs Are Good, whose registered office is at 10 Black Barn Close, Lower Somersham, Ipswich, United Kingdom, IP8 4PX.

Purchasing Herbs Are Good Products and Services.

You may only purchase products and services available for sale and which appear on the Herbs Are Good online store, for personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Herbs Are Good  reserves the right to decline any order.

Details of the products and services available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Herbs Are Good online store. Herbs Are Good takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Herbs Are Good online store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Herbs Are Good online store. Ordering Products Process and Protocol.

The Process of buying products

Once you have selected and added the product(s) you wish to order to your basket, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process. Once you have clicked on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Pay-Pal or Credit Card Company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your Pay-Pal or credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.

Herbs Are Good will e-mail you to confirm your product order has been received.

Herbs Are Good will e-mail you again to confirm that the products you have ordered are being shipped to you.

We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Herbs Are Good only upon those products being shipped to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.

Herbs Are Good may refuse or be unable to process your order if:

Your credit card or Pay-Pal does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price,

The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available,

You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.

Process of buying services – online consultations

Once you have selected and added the service(s) you wish to order to your basket, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process. Herbs Are Good will e-mail you to confirm your appointment request has been received, the practitioner you will consult, and the time. While every effort will be made to allow you to consult the practitioner of your choice at the time of your choice from time to time we may need to allocate you to another member of our practitioner team.

Once an appointments has been made then we have a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy – see cancellation policy

We are deemed to have accepted your request and booking, and a corresponding contract for the provision of services is concluded between you and Herbs Are Good only upon the confirmation of appointment e-mail.

Herbs Are Good may refuse or be unable to provide an on line consultation service if;

Your credit card or Pay-Pal does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price,

You do not have an adequate internet connection, or the relevant hardware and software necessary to access this service.
