How to use

A spring clean is good not just for your house but for you too!

200 ml Liver Spring clean –

De-tox from the winter. Good for your Liver, Eyes, Hair and skin tone –

Carduus – Milk thistle, Taraxacum – Dandelion, Arctium – Burdock, He shou wu – Polygonum, Urtica – Nettle, Wu wei zi  – Schizandra, Ju hua – Chrysanthemum, Glycyrrhiza – Liquorice, Long dan cao – Gentian, Mentha – Mint, Gou qi zi – Gou ji…

Take either 5 ml spoon in water three times a day or  7.5 ml twice a day with water

Blending well known alterative herbs such as Dandelion and Burdock and Gentian (which help stimulate the Liver and cleanse the blood, thus helping to detox from winter and leading to enhanced energy levels, improved digestion and clearer skin). The Nettle, Schizandra and Milk thistle nourish, tone and support the function of the Liver while the Chrysanthemum flowers and Gou ji berries are great for your eyes… this liver spring clean delivers timely support to the areas where it is most needed.

Chai hu – Bupleurum, Bai shao – Peony, Hypericum – St John’s wort, Chen pi – Citrus, Scutellaria  – Skullcap, Verbena – Vervain, Melissa – Lemon balm, Rosa – Rose, Glycyrrhiza  – Liquorice, Zingiber – Ginger

5ml three time a day with water.

50 ml calendula – antiseptic anti-inflammatory – dab on neat or dilute to any septic of inflamed area.

Bi yan pian – the pill for allergies  / hayfever / sinus. Swallow 2 pills three times a day and as necessary.
